TERMS AND CONDITIONS...

• The cost per pixel is $1. The minimum purchase is $100 (100 pixels), and the maximum purchase is whatever number of pixel which remain. The 100 pixel minimum is to ensure minimum visibility. We recommend $300 to $500 minimum to improve visibility.
• By purchasing pixels you will not retain any ownership of the billboard or this site, but rather you will purchase the right to submit an image and a link which will then be published on the billboard in the respective space you have selected and paid for.
• Once purchased and submitted you may not alter the image you have provided. Please be sure of the image and link you want on the billboard.
• This website and your image and link will remain for up to at 10 years until 12/31/2020.
• Once published and linked on the billboard, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
• Please no obscene/offensive/adult images/links. If you submit an image or link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise your money will be refunded and you will lose your pixels.
• After purchase, should you want your image and link removed from the homepage, you have that right, but you will not get a refund and the space will become publically available again.
• Images must be the exact size you have paid for (eg. 100 pixels = 10 x 10 pixels).
• Images must be in GIF or JPEG format, and a reasonable file size.
• No animated images.
• Links must be to web pages only and begin with http://
• You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit.
• Funds must be fully received and cleared before your pixels go live on the billboard.
• There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance.
• Once you have ordered and the funds have cleared (eg. in PayPal or via check), pixels will be online within 24-48 hours.
